What we ship

This policy applies to the physical, printed copy of our book, priced at ₹499, ordered through primalwisdom.in. eBooks and other digital products are delivered electronically and are not covered by this Shipping Policy — you'll receive access to those instantly, or by email, once your payment is confirmed.

Delivery locations

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India, including most metro cities, towns, and rural areas covered by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, you'll see a message letting you know before you complete your payment.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales, festive periods, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed if there's a significant delay.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge applicable to your order, if not included in the product price, will be clearly shown at checkout before you make payment. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions, in which case this will be reflected automatically in your order total.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please write to us at support@primalwisdom.in.

Delays outside our control

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control — including weather disruptions, regional restrictions, courier network issues, strikes, natural events, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will assist with tracking and updates wherever we can, but we cannot guarantee delivery within the standard timelines during such events.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or you receive fewer items than ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the book. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy. Please do not accept a package that appears tampered with or badly damaged — you may refuse delivery and inform us right away.

International orders

At this time, we ship only within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this page will be updated with the relevant countries, timelines, and charges. If you are located outside India, you're still welcome to purchase our eBook, which is delivered digitally worldwide.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our courier partners, delivery network, or processes. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated "effective date" shown at the top of this page.
